According to Lupe Fiasco, his album Lasers was completed over a year ago and was supposed to be released December 2009. Well, it still has not been released so two devout fans have start a petition for Atlantic Records to release Lupe’s latest project. No one knows if it is actually Atlanta who is refusing to release it or not. Some skeptics think Lupe is behind the delay based on the fact that too many leaks have been wandering around the internet from the anticipated album. Him possibly being my favorite emcee, I know either way I have been waiting on this one FOR-E-VER so I hope it comes to fruition sooner rather than later.
